Our mission
The Quinn Centre will work in partnership to deliver high quality training to enable individuals to gain skills and qualifications to achieve their potential and goals.
The aim of the charter
This charter sets out the Quinn Centre commitment to those who work with the Quinn Centre. It is intended to clearly indicate the standards and levels of service you can expect from us and our expectations of you as an employer.
What you can expect from the Quinn Centre
• To identify and meet the training needs of employers by undertaking a training need analysis
• To provide appropriate and relevant training and service of the highest quality
• To design and deliver bespoke and flexible training programmes to meet employer needs
Pre course we will:
• Provide clear information about our services
• Respond to all enquiries within three working days
• Wherever possible suggest an alternative contact if we are unable to meet your requirements
• Agree a level of service with you and provide clear information relating to our courses, training programmes and qualifications including fees, content and delivery methods
On course we will:
• Provide a welcoming environment
• Ensure experienced, qualified and supportive staff deliver high quality training in a safe environment using appropriate learning resources
• Provide prompt and regular information on employees progress as well as information on any issues arising with attendance or progress
• Upload our commitment to equal opportunities for all
We ask employers to:
• Provide us with sufficient and accurate information to assist the Quinn Centre to identify the most appropriate solution to meet your needs
• Inform the Quinn Centre of any changes of circumstances of an employee who is attending a training programme
• Let the Quinn Centre know quickly if we have not provided the standard of service expected or if you have any concerns about any aspects of the programme
• To provide a suitable training venue if training is to be delivered in house
